It is often easy to look at the size and momentum of ministries and movements as a sign that they are ordained and inspired by God. While many times it is true that these ministries enjoy great success because they are following the plan of God, we must still be weary to try the spirit of that ministry or movement before jumping on board.

As always the Bible puts it best. 1 John 4:1 – Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
